JRCC’s Clothing Collection Program managed by KB Textiles provides essential funding and increasing awareness to the JRCC and its fundraising campaign.

KB Textiles provides the clothing recycling bins in sites across Canada and management. A portion of the proceeds from the clothing collection help JRCC fund its much-needed community programs.

this program and its proceeds benefits residents across Canada, with the largest share in Ontario and then in Quebec, based on the places we collect the clothing in.

We collect clothing through the use of clothing donation bins located at retail shopping centers. Each center depending on its traffic density and square footage is able to support one or multiple bins. Our bins are attractive, well maintained and serviced frequently. Customers can conveniently deposit clothing and KB Textiles is responsible for the logistics and services required for the collection program.

  BENEFITS OF RECYCLING USED CLOTHING

Useful recyclable clothing is often discarded because it is no longer fashionable or the right size. These articles may have little wear and tear when they are thrown out. Such items would be welcomed by others here in Canada and in developing countries where goods of such quality are too expensive or unavailable. Recycling provides an opportunity to give a useful second life to clothing.

Hosting our clothing collection bins is a simple way for retail management companies to contribute to environmental waste reduction.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

KB Textiles provides all regularly scheduled maintenance, including:
·       Frequent clothing pick-up
·       Cleaning of property around bins
·       Snow and ice removal, on and around bins
·       Removal and repairs of any defaced bins
