JRCC Employment & Career Development Program
Empowering young adults in Vaughan to build meaningful careers and professional confidence.
The Jewish Russian Community Centre of Ontario (JRCC) is excited to launch its new Employment & Career Development Program!
From September to December 2025, young adults ages 18–29 living or working in Vaughan will have the opportunity to join interactive, in-person workshops designed to boost career readiness and open doors to employment.
Led by expert facilitators from JVS Toronto, the York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDi), and local Vaughan business leaders, this program will equip participants with practical tools and confidence to thrive in today’s workforce.

- ✅ Entrepreneurship in Canada & pathways to self-employment
