Even as bombs drop and the war unfolds, the nearly 200Chabad-Lubavitch emissary families throughout the length and breadth of Ukraine remain strong, providing much-needed material aid, encouragement, and most importantly, spiritual strength and support.

No matter where you are, you can make a difference.

Put a few coins into a charity box for a worthy cause, don tefillin , light Shabbat candles before sunset this Friday, and know that you just introduced a very real point of goodness and kindness into a world that needs it more than ever.

Say a few heartfelt chapters of Psalms, and know that you have introduced a dose of spiritual energy into a world that seems to be pulsating with negativity.

In preparation for the imminent Redemption I take upon myself בלי נדר the following commitment(s):*

Strengthen myself in the mitzvah of "Love your fellow Jew" More attention to "Eating Kosher" Daily study of Torah, with special emphasis on subjects of Moshiach and Redemption. Respect the laws of "Family Purity". Recite some Tehilim-Psalms daily. Give Charity daily (aside for Shabbat and Yom Tov). Men and boys over the age of 13. Put on Tefilin daily (aside for Shabbat and Yom Tov). Women & girls over the age of 3. Light the Shabbat and Yom Tov candles. Will encourage others to do the same.

JRCC Ukraine Relief Fund
The JRCC Ukraine Relief Fund is a partnership with Chabad in Ukraine operating in 32 cities providing food, emergency medical supplies, basic life necessities as well as helping with the evacuation of women and children. We will both send funds to them as well as make shipments of food and supplies.
